Out-of-hours appointments are available for clients who require more flexibility outside our regular schedule.

No, plus ones are not allowed in the treatment room. This includes parents, siblings, partners, or friends. Please do not bring additional guests, as they will be turned away.
The only exception is if you have booked a service for two people, such as our "Double Trouble" waxing. Additionally, all clients must be 18+, so there is no need for a parent or guardian to accompany you.

You can reschedule your appointment using the 'Cancel/reschedule' button in your confirmation email.
One reschedule is permitted per booking. You may only reschedule within the same calendar month of your initial booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling.
If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, this means you are outside of that 48 hour window. Unfortunately this means you have forfeited your £15 deposit.
If you can no longer make your appointment please let us know at your earliest convenience.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee but you will lose your non refundable deposit of £15. No shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. See full terms and conditions here.

We allow a 10 minute grace period, after which a £10 fee is charged. After 20 minutes, unfortunately, your appointment will be cancelled. Lateness has a knock on effect on all our other clients. Kindly be on time to avoid disappointment.
A £15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day.
No. At the moment we are only accepting cash payments. If our payment options change we will inform you of this.

We do not take Hollywood wax appointments during menstrual cycle.
If your period begins unexpectedly, we allow a 5 day grace period to reschedule. Please contact us directly if this occurs.
Please attend your appointment make up free. Discontinue all use of Retinol AHA/BHA 7-10 days before your treatment. Especially if you are having chemical peels or microneedling.
Yes, absolutely! 😊 We offer a specialised pregnancy facial designed with safe, gentle ingredients to protect both you and your baby. Please let us know you're pregnant when booking so we can tailor your experience accordingly.
The herbal peel is not painful but can feel uncomfortable, similar to sandpaper.
We use a gentle approach and do not scrub aggressively.
