Appointment calendars are released on the 10th of each month.
Example: July appointments will be available on June 10th.

A £15 deposit is needed to confirm your booking.

Regular Hours

Monday & Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Out-Of-Hours Appointments

An Out-of-Hours appointment is any booking requested outside of the regular hours listed above. These are available for clients who need more flexibility than our regular schedule allows. All Out-of-Hours appointments incur an additional £20 fee, which helps us adjust our schedule to accommodate your needs during these times.

 This includes:

  • After 7:30 PM on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

  • Before 12:00 PM & after 6:00 PM on Weekends.

  • Mondays and Tuesdays, appointments can be requested from 6:00 PM onwards.

Out-of-Hours appointments are not listed on our online booking page and must be requested directly

To book an Out-of-Hours appointment, please contact us via Instagram DM or email with the subject line “Out-of-Hours Appointment Request.”

Be sure to include your desired date and time in the message. A deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Deposits & Rescheduling

Deposits:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £15 is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment.

While all deposits are non-refundable, if we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit as a valued client.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Please note that rescheduling is only permitted within the same calendar month as your initial booking, and only one reschedule is allowed.

If you fail to reschedule within this timeframe, you will forfeit your deposit and need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

You may reschedule your appointment using the ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’ button found in your confirmation email. 

If the scheduling link does not allow you to reschedule, it is because you are outside the 48-hour notice period. In this case, you will need to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit of £15.

Extra Guests

For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room. This includes but is not limited to parents, siblings, partners, and friends. Please do not arrive with extra guests, as they will not be allowed to wait inside. The only exception is if you have booked a dual service, such as our "Double Trouble" waxing, which accommodates two clients.

Additionally, all clients must be 18 or older, meaning there is no need for a parent or guardian to attend your appointment. We kindly ask all clients to respect this policy to maintain a professional and relaxing environment.

No Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice or communication will be considered a no-show. 

No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance. If we are unable to process this charge, you will be blacklisted and unable to book any future appointments until this payment is settled.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies and procedures.

Late Policy

Please kindly arrive for your appointment on time. We kindly request that you do not arrive more than ten minutes early.

All clients have a 10-minute grace period. After this time, a £10 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes we will cancel your appointment due to lateness, and unfortunately you will forfeit your deposit. 

We truly appreciate your understanding, as lateness has a knock-on effect on all valued clients. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone, please make every effort to arrive on time and avoid disappointment.

Before Your Facial Treatment

Please arrive to your appointment make up free.

We kindly ask all facial clients to discontinue using any products containing Retinol, Vitamin A, or AHA/BHA 7-10 days before treatment. Please refrain from using physical exfoliants such a scrubs and brushes. 

Please remove contact lenses and any nose jewellery before your facial treatment begins.

This step is crucial to achieve optimal results and minimise any potential risks.

Before Your Wax Appointment

Age Requirement:
All clients must be 18 years or older. Clients aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Preparation for Your Appointment:
Please ensure a minimum of four weeks of hair growth before your appointment. While trimming your pubic hair is optional, it is not required.

Hygiene:
Please take a warm shower on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask that you ensure your intimate area is clean before your appointment. 

For your convenience, wipes will be available if you need to freshen up. This request is solely for hygiene purposes. 

If there is any residual faecal matter during your appointment, an additional fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a clean and respectful environment for both our clients and team. Your personal hygiene is important to prevent the spread of germs.

Menstrual Cycle

We do not perform Hollywood and Brazilian waxes during your menstrual cycle. If your period begins unexpectedly, you may reschedule within a 5-day grace period. You can contact us directly to do this. Any rescheduling beyond 5 days will not be accepted. 

Please do your best to track your cycle to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Please do not misuse this grace period. We reserve the right to use discretion if we suspect abuse of this policy.
